Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original working condition, and in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For large equipment shipped via sea freight, please inspect the shipment upon arrival in the presence of the freight carrier and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Failure to do so may affect your eligibility for a damage claim.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Consumable or single-use medical items (probes, catheters, disposables)
- Items with broken seals or missing original packaging
- Custom-ordered or special configuration equipment
- Items showing signs of use or installation
- Items purchased on sale or at discounted price

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact us directly for exchange inquiries involving high-value medical equipment.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be unused, in original working condition, and in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that certain medical devices may be exempt from the EU cooling-off period under applicable regulations. Contact us for clarification regarding your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after deduction of the 15% restocking fee. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
