Shipping Methods

Air Freight (Small Items) Small items such as processors, probes, endoscopes, and monitors are shipped worldwide via express air courier through UPS, FedEx, or EMS. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days depending on destination.

Sea Freight (Large Items) Large equipment such as ultrasound systems, C-arms, centrifuges, and surgical tables are shipped via sea freight in custom wooden crates. Estimated delivery: 4–8 weeks depending on destination port. An Original Bill of Lading (B/L) will be provided upon shipment confirmation.

Shipping Costs

We offer a simple and transparent worldwide flat-rate shipping policy.

  • Air Freight (Small Items): Fixed flat rate applied at checkout — same rate regardless of destination country.
  • Sea Freight (Large Equipment): Please contact us directly for a customized freight quote based on item size and destination port.

Packaging

All items are professionally packed to ensure safe transit.

  • Small items: Anti-static bubble wrap and reinforced export cartons
  • Large equipment: Custom wooden crates with high-density foam padding, fully secured for international sea freight

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your item has been dispatched. For sea freight shipments, an Original Bill of Lading (B/L) and shipping documents will be sent electronically upon vessel departure.

Customs & Import Duties

All items are exported from Busan, South Korea in full compliance with international trade regulations. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country. We recommend consulting your local customs authority prior to purchase. All necessary export documents including commercial invoice, packing list are provided upon request.
